Young people living in a ‘suspended adulthood’, finds research

There are three possible interpretations of the research:

1) there’s something wrong with us

2) there’s something wrong with the world

3) there’s something wrong with both.

Maybe we’re a species in transition. Maybe we’re learning how to live with the land again, after living off it for millennia.

Another thought: we can compare wealth and income across generations. How do we compare morality, character, and values?

Are we worse off there, too?
